Mark has over 29 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, Mark is a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) and holds tertiary qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Marketing and Management. Mark spent 10 years working with both Hilton International and Sheraton Hotel groups, and he has extensive experience in large scale catering and has been involved in the planning and implementation of some of the largest function venues in Australia and New Zealand. Mark currently manages Rational Australia and leads a team of ten Chefs nationally who actively offer professional cooking solutions and advice to the Australian foodservice industry and its operators using Rational products.
