Position – General Manager
Mark has over 30 years’ experience in the Hospitality & Foodservice Industries, Mark is a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) and holds tertiary qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Marketing and Business Management. Mark has strong culinary experience in Hotels having worked for 10 years with both Hilton International and Sheraton Hotel groups, he also has extensive experience in large scale event catering and has been involved in the planning and implementation of some of the largest function venues in Australia and New Zealand. Mark currently is General Manager of Rational Australia Pty Ltd a subsidiary business of Comcater Pty Ltd of which he leads a national team of 15 RATIONAL Corporate Chefs who actively offer professional cooking solutions and advice to the Australian foodservice industry and its operators using Rational products.
