My professional career began completing my cooking apprenticeship at one of Melbourne’s iconic five-star hotels The Southern Cross. I have enjoyed 30 years of experience giving me a refined view of delivering food service excellence, furthering my career working in Michelin and 5 Star Hotels Internationally.  I also gained extensive experience working in Clubs, Restaurants, Pubs, Functions and Events, Cafes, Food Manufacturing, Retirement and Aged Care organisations. As a leading food services manager, I bring a unique combination of passion for product and service delivery, strategic planning skills and innovation to change management driving programs that extract and deliver tangible outcomes and values.
Innovation in food quality and nutrition is a passion and having founded a retail brand Dineamic built on these standards I have managed many challenges with this startup company to deliver a nationally recognised brand in the prepared meals category well regarded for its quality and reputation.

My experience with managing the financial performance of the foodservice business ranges from having direct responsibility for $15M in catering budget with over 300 Employees. I also have had direct contributions to negotiating and managing national procurement contracts and service agreements. I have had the ability to work with our catering partners and focus on what is important to achieve on delivering the vital strategic goals. I have an understanding of diversity in teams, and I have experience dealing with multicultural and International clients.

As an experienced food service leader, I bring a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail and a strong work ethic to everything I do. I have a values-driven approach to leading operational excellence I treat my team with integrity and respect asking them for accountability in their workplace with performance as a team and setting personal goals.
