Keith was born and educated in England finishing with a Degree and diploma in Business Studies and Marketing respectively, and completing Commercial Cookery at William Angliss in Melbourne. Keith has owned and operated Keith’s Restaurant of Williamstown and Caffe Meletti in Melbourne CBD, as well as working as General Manager of the Veneto Club, Bulleen, CEO Buckley’s Entertainment, Geelong, Operations Manager, Ski Club of Victoria, Head Chef for The Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, and Executive Chef for the Western Bulldogs and Executive Chef for D’Olive Receptions.

Keith has extensive catering experience with Rhubarb, and Mustard Catering in London and Peter Rowland, Fred and Ginger Catering and many other companies in Melbourne where Keith has freelanced for several years. Keith is married to Jane with one son Alex and loves to compete in his 1969 MGB.
