With over 25 years of professional chef in hospitality, I have had the good fortune to have been able to experience and apply my profession in both Asia and Australia. I attend various food shows and industry trade exhibits each year, such as Food Service, Fine Food Australia to participate as either a judge or a cooking competitor and have made connections with chefs, industry leaders. During this time, I have worked in hotels, fine dining restaurants, bistros etc.

In the last 4 ½  years, I worked as a culinary trainer in different cookery schools, such as Crown College & Melbourne City Institute of Education, my ambition is to demonstrate and deliver my culinary skills and knowledge to those students who are passionate about this industry.
