From a young age of almost 15, I found my comfort and willingness to join the Hospitality field as an apprentice chef.
From here I progressed to working in 5 star hotels and properties to my first appointment as Executive Chef for Black Tie Catering. From here I soon headed up as Group Executive Chef for the Rivers Group and the same role with Sodexo Australia.
Currently proudly Chief Operating Officer for AFA Corp.
