From growing up in a small town in Italy to calling Australia home. Alberto has started his career in central America, Panama, after completing his full time study in catering business in Italy. Panama City was only the first of a long journey abroad that allowed Alberto through the years to gain a multicultural cooking experience, speaking 3 languages and having the ability to adapt to any situation and need.

Alberto’s career continued in London, working for Jamie Oliver’s Restaurant, then Barcelona, Sydney and Italy again where for the first time made his first step into the corporate chef position. Over the last couple of years, Alberto was positioned as a Senior Corporate chef dedicating his talent and passion to Unox’s customers worldwide in collaboration of research & developing new products, dishes and cooking solutions.
